Jean-François Joye

Jean-François Joye is a professor of public law, a member of the Antoine Favre Law Research Centre and Vice-President of
University of Savoie Mont Blanc. His research focuses on the regulation of land use by town planning law and property law, particularly in mountain or rural areas. He is also co-director of the scientific partnership Chaire “Valcom : valoriser les communs fonciers : https://www.fondation-usmb.fr/chaire-valcom/.
